The idea came from a family recipe for fruit cups that was amazing but not healthy at all. So getting my inspiration from paleo banana ice cream, I made a healthy version. Enjoy as a side or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup peeled and sliced orange

Cooking Directions

  1. Line 6 muffin cups with paper liners.
  2. Mix mashed bananas and milk together in a bowl; fold in orange slices. Pour mixture into the prepared muffin cups. Freeze until solid, at least 1 hour. Defrost for about 10 minutes before serving.
You can sub in other kinds of fruit for the orange slices. If you have a dairy allergy or are paleo, you can just omit the milk; If not serving right away, store in an airtight container for as long as you wish.
